ARL: Tables of Contents
Data Entry Status. Grete Pasch, January 19, 1998.

This page summarizes the results of the data entry for the ARL project conducted by LANIC during 1997.  Work started when the corresponding paper files were transferred to LANIC by Mark Grover, from BYU, on January 27th, 1997 (see also the short Project History.) We concentrated on completing the data entry for all existing photocopies/faxes.

Entered back to 1992:
When possible, added a number of issues (found at the Benson Latin American Collection, UT Austin and photocopied by us) back to 1992 for: COO, FUG, HLS, IND, TJC, UBY, LRU, PIT, PUL, ZYU. Need to prioritize the adding of back-issues for remaining titles and institutions!

2. New to enter

New Arrivals
80 tables of contents from various institutions corresponding to 1997 and received during the last few months of 1997 need to be entered.

Missing tables?
We have no photocopies and no records for the following participating institutions:

    1. AGL (National Agricultural Library)
    2. EEM (Michigan State University)
    3. KKU (University of Kansas)
    4. MNU (University of Minnesota)
    5. PAU (University of Pennsylvania)
Leftovers
We received the following photocopies, but the titles do not appear in the journals list: Entered, not on paper.
Finally, for many of the records entered by BYU we do not have the corresponding photocopies at LANIC. Therefore, we were unable to correct all issue information.
