Paper and workshop topics selection will be based upon an extended abstract
of two-to-five pages, which should be typed double spaced in English.
State the objectives, results and conclusions of the work with supporting
figures and main references. Please ensure that you include e-mail and/or
FAX addresses. As these abstracts are refereed, four copies should be
sent, by March 30, 1999, to either:

Conference Publications
All papers accepted for presentation will be included in a proceedings
volume or CD Rom, which will be available at the time of the conference and
distributed to all participants. Selected papers will be sent out for a
2nd review for publication in Technological Forecasting and Social Change
an international journal published by North-Holland. Outstanding plenary,
paper, and workshop sessions will also be considered for publication in the
conference book series.
