EMERGING LEADERS IN LATIN AMERICA: A NEW LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE FOR LATIN
AMERICAN WOMEN

June 28 - August 6, 1999
A six-week program to study critical leadership skills with prominent
Radcliffe College and Harvard University faculty.
GOALS:
* Acquire vital skills in negotiation, conflict resolution, persuasion,
and public speaking.
* Apply the case study method to understand the dynamics of change and
its effects on organizations and society.
* Benefit from the mentorship of participating influential women from
the public and private sectors. Develop life-long networks and
relationships with peers and mentors.
