(Desculpe me que no escribo mi mensaje en espan~ol).
Does anyone have the quote [in Spanish] of Fidel Castro's speech
commemorating 40 years of the revolution? I read something in the
International Herald Tribune (4 January 1999, page 3). The last line
attributed to Presidente Castro reads,
"The price of free markets is paid in human misery, child labor,
prostitution, and drug traffic, he said."
I could translate these words myself but I do not trust the author of the
article, Mr. James McKinley, Jr.
Thank you for any assistance in this matter.
And I must add that all those notes about how to help victims of hurricane
Mitch were probably the best reason to be a part of Lasnet and a testament
to the need for all of us to have access to free and fast information!
