Last year Alexander Yeats, world bank economist, wrote a report criticizing
the Southern Cone Common Market, Mercosur, for trade diversion and
investment in inefficient industries. WSJ, Financial Times and others have
published articles discussing the content of the report. They indicated that
the report was "leaked to the press" but had caused some consternation in
the World Bank and so has remained unpublished.
Does anybody have first-hand knowledge of this report? Any ideas on how I
could get my hands on it?
