There has recently surface interest at the University of Guadalajara to
explore the possibility of establishing a collaborative Web Site devoted to
the US Mexico conflict of 1848. The idea (so far) is to involve students
from both sides of our common border in gathering (initially) historical
documents of the conflict. This could include images (old photos) as well
as texts.
It really wouldn't take to much to get started, but the important thing is
to involve students from both US and Mexican Universities from the very
beginning of the project.
If anyone is interested in further discussion, please contact
