Soy estudiante de ciencias polÆticas en Frankfurt, Alemania.
El texto es de Vicente Espinoza y hay dos versiones posibles:

ù:

Si alguien tiene acceso a uno de esos textos,por favor avisanme!
Y serÆa posible ademçs copiarme y mandarme el texto, yo pagarÄ por
supuestamente los costos.
Otra posibilidad de ayudarme es: +Sabe alguien si SUR ù CLACSO ù ILET
tiene acceso electrùnico (e-mail,gopher, Ätc.)?

The text I'm looking for is written by Vicente Espinoza and there are
two versions possible (see above)
If anyone has access to one of this texts, please send me a mail!
And if it would be possible to copy it and mail it to me, postally,
certainly I will take the costs.
If nobody can help me this way, perhaps anyone knows if there is an
electronic access to SUR, or CLACSO and ILET.
