Internet Society statistics

Hi-- I'm hoping someone on LASNET can help. In looking at the ISOC
statistics on internet growth in 1995, I see that the "regional"
breakdown is as follows:

North America 35% I assume this includes MEXICO, but does anyone
know for sure?

CC&S America 48% I assume this means Central America, Caribbean
and South America-- but again, the source I have does
not say so explicitly.

I have posted a question to someone at ISOC, but if anyone here can help
I'd be most appreciative.
