The University of Massachusetts is hosting a Northeast Latino Student Conference on April 12, 13,& 14th

The focus will be around Education, Poverty, and Gender. We will have two work shops in each topic.

We will begin with a Coffee house and registration on Friday the 12th.

We will have a panel discussion on community organizing, a cultural show, and fiesta on the 13th.

We will end the conference with a few work sessions, a job fair, and lunch with our guest speaker (we are about to sign Ruben Blades, keep your fingers crossed).

This is a conference to build a collective understanding of the issues at hand. This conference will also facilitate the much need dialogue with in our community in the NorthEast.
