Como estamos?

A friend of mine is interested in doing either an M.A. or PhD in Latin
American Studies, which is pretty wide in scope: cultural, political,
economic, literature.

She doesn't want to leave California, and would prefer to stay in
Northern California. What are the schools she should be looking in to?
