I am a Sao Paulo-based journalist and a member of both the
Latin American Studies Association and the Brazilian
Studies Association. I am working on an article for
Institutional Investor magazine, a leading financial
monthly, on the changing role of the Interamerican
Development Bank. I want to speak with business leaders,
bankers, NGO leaders, government officials, think tank
folks and academics (especially in Latin America). I would
appreciate suggestions and references. They'll have to
come quickly: after all, I'm a journalist working on a
journalist's deadline -- in this case in mid-January.
Bibliographical references are welcome but may be of
little use unless the articles and books can be found
easily here in Sao Paulo... Thanks in advance to everybody
who responds.
