Address query

The British-Mexican Society has been trying to
locate a Dr Carlos Elizondo, who completed
a doctorate at the University of Oxford in 1993.
However, he hasn't replied to our efforts to
contact him at the address and fax number in
Mexico City which he originally gave us.

I was wondering if he had perhaps taken up a
post in the USA. If anyone who sees this
message knows of his whereabouts, I'd be
very grateful if you could suggest a way of
contacting him. (I'm sure he'll be very
grateful if you do so - at the risk of
sounding like a Sherlock Holmes story, I can
say that it would be in Dr Elizondo's interest to
contact us!).
