For anyone concerned about the course of US policy toward Cuba and/or Haiti,
now would be a prime time to let the Administration hear from you.

immediate automated response, with additional info about communicating
electronically with the Pres and his staff. The mail is tallied weekly,
with synopses and selections forwarded to where the buck stops.
