You may not be aware of a journal called REVIEW published by the
Americas Society, a nonprofit organization in New York. It is a semi-
annual, English-language publication, the foremost magazine of Latin
American culture published in North America.
Each issue is focused on a single theme and incorprates new
fiction, essays, reviews and criticism of literature, cinema and
visual arts, plus new poetry in orignal language and translation.
The journal is highly regarded (Phoenix award in 1993) but not widely
known.
Subscription price for educators is $12.00. New subscribers get
a free copy of the current issue plus the recently-published
cumulative index covering the past 26 years. If this interests you,
