Colombia's Congress recently passed legislation, similar to Peru and
Argentina, partially privatizing their pension system. Does anyone have any
information on the key provisions of this law? I understand Labor Ministry is
in the process of writing the implementing regulations. Does anyone know if
the implementing regulations will be ready before the upcoming elections?
