This file lists the titles and author contact information for
45 papers which have been accepted for presentation at the IFIP
Working Group 9.4 conference on "The impact of Informatics on
Society -- Key issue for Developing Countries." The conference
will be held in Havana, Cuba, February 21-23, 1994. After the
conference full papers will be posted to the archive. Before
that time, you may request "preprints" from the authors.
The GNET archive contains documents pertaining to networking in
less-industrialized nations. You may access it via anonymous ftp
